how can I descramble the optus cable signal in my pc in order to watch
opyus cable tv?

i dont think you can, you are better off taking out the filters in the
cable box outside on the wall... i found an old forum on this

the closest i have got is 'hNCPlus', the australian Newscrypt decoder.

Had some more luck with http://www.dscaler.com/ it has some filters you can use...
