Question ID: 192744
I still have old recordings of General Hospital. This is around 1991
when the characters Robert and Anna got married. The character I'm
looking for is Connor, who sang the song "Now that your here" for them
at their rehearsal dinner and another dinner when they got back from
their honeymoon. He was hired to sing at Mac's club "The Outback".
Could you please tell me who the actor who played him was and if "Now
that your here" was an original song. Was it sung by anyone else and
who was it recorded by? Also, what ended up being Connor's storyline?

Sorry this turned out to be a potpourri of questions.

Hi humbugxf-ga,
Thanks for your question!

The actor who played Connar Olivera was Michael Lynch.

"Now that you're here" was an original song, written and performed by
Michael Lynch.
It was also the title of his album which he put out in 1992.

What ended up being Connor's storyline?
according to, http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Hills/7967/mlynch.html
"His character was a singer at TheOutback, and he was pals with Mac.
He also used to teach Robin dance moves. He had a crush on Dominique,
but she was hung up on Mac, and ended up marrying Scotty. Connor found
out that Sean Donnely is his biological father. Connor left PC to
further his music career."
