Yes, you can declare the question answered. Since the original
question was closed, no one received the fee.

In order to arrange a split you must open two new questions, one
addressed to Tehuti and one to Bobbie7. To do that just write in the
subject line “For Tehuti only” and in the second question “For Bobbie
only” with the fee that you wish to give each researcher.
