Shelby County per capita income 20856

Ultimately I'd like to run a t-test
I'm trying to prove there are differences between areas that have
Stealth cell towers (S) and those that don't [Typical cell towers(T)].
All data is demographic data: per capita income, median house price,
race, education (assocites or higher).

Please help...

If additional help is offered I'll split question up into another one
for $ purposes.

I'm not sure you have to weight them at all. If all you want to know
is if the means are significantly different between the two groups,
just go straight ahead and do a t-test at whatever level of confidence
you are happy with.

Must say though - stats is not my forte.

(Hmmm where did I see a question like this recently)
