Your service is great! Anyway here is my questions:

How would a company approach a traditional bricks and mortar retail
company (your local clothing store franchise - say the GAP) and pitch
a technology/internet service to them that will benefit their bottom
line marketing efforts. This service will allow them to reach a vast
audience of customers and we would sell them on the benefits.  Who is
the decision maker in this process? (Marketing Manager?).

If you had to to sell this service to the retail company. How would
you go about doing it? I would appreciate an answer from someone
within the retail industry and has made these decisions before, but if
not then thats fine.

We have the contracts needed to be signed and the legal work all
sorted out.
Its a  matter of setting up appointments and making presentations to
these key decision makers.

Any links and insights to approach this scenario would be most
helpful.
