I got a dui (my first) and my breath test was about .085 What is
likely to  happen to me in terms of license, fines,increased auto
insurance, jail, etc Havent gotten bal back yet which I'm expecting to be lower.

It depends on your age, the state you got charged in, the agency that
charged you, thr court you will be appearing in and the circumstances
surrounding the incident. It also depends on how cooperative you were
(or weren't), your past driving history, your past criminal history,
the type of intoxication involved and a number of other things.

The only answer that any researcher could hope to give you would only
be speculation at best. If that would serve as a sufficient answer to
your question - given the other details - it might be possible to
answer your question.
