Can somebody find me a program to produce a list of images in a folder
sorted in an arbitury order?
I wish to select a folder and see all the images (predominatly JPEG
files) in
that folder in thumbnail format. Then using drag and drop be able to
reorder the images. Finally be able to output this re-ordered list of
files in a simple text format that can be saved and/or copied to the
clipboard.
This is a step in createing a custom slideshow program. 

Ideally the program would be freeware or reasonably priced sharewhare
type program for Windows. If a program created in Delphi (that comes
with source code) could be found then this would be ideal as then it
could be intergrated with my program better.
