What is case management and what does it aim to achieve? 

Some things that i want in the answer would be like, the extent to
which the idea of case management sits comfortably within the
traditional model of the adversarial system! Case management with
reference to the Supreme court of NSW!

By NSW I assume you are referring to New South Wales, Australia, is this correct?

Do you mean Differential Case Management? There is a Practice Note for that.
