Question ID: 193690
I need contact details for someone who can sell me a particular CD.

The CD is titled " TIP MIX Volume 2"

I Believe it was produced by BFM records (a record company who I think
is locate in Europe) but I cannot verify this.

The CD cover is LIME GREEN in colour and has an orange picture in the
middle. The picture is a vague ink blot of a head with dreadlocks.

The tracks listing is as follows (TITLE) (Artist Name)

Track 1 MARS NEEDS WOMEN by Doof
Track 2 CONFLICT by Green Nuns of the Revolution
Track 3 LET THERE BE LIGHT by Astral Projection
Track 4 A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN by Total Eclipse
Track 5 INTELLECT by Psychaos
Track 6 ANGELIC PARTICLES by Hallucinogen
Track 7 ALIEN AIRPORT By The Infinity Project
Track 8 EINSTEINS NITELIFE by Einstein
Track 9 PEOPLE ARE STRANGE By Voodoo People
Track 10 THRU by Voodoof

Unfortunately the CD is no longer in production as I have asked
various retail outlet stores about the CD. Please note that whilst
Rare CD collectors might be helpful to me, I am actually after someone
who is aware of where a copy of this CD (The Tip Mix)is available for
purchase.

Hi andyland,

I have not been able to find anyone who is selling the exact CD that
you are seeking. However, I have found a store that is selling a
double CD set called "The Colours Of Shiva: The Psychedelic Tip-Trip
Part 1." The second CD in this set contains the exact tracks that you
have listed. Here are the tracklists for the two CDs in the set:

CD #1

01 - The Infinity Project: Stimuli
02 - Doof: Let's turn on
03 - Slinky Wizard: Lunar juice
04 - Man With No Name: Teleport
05 - Voodoo People: Drop the bomb
06 - The Infinity Project: Oscillator
07 - Total Eclipse: Waiting for a new life
08 - Hallucinogen: Shamanix
09 - The Infinity Project: Uforica
10 - Space Tribe: Machine elf
11 - Mandra Gora: Everything's going fine

CD #2

01 - Doof: Mars needs women
02 - Green Nuns Of The Revolution: Conflict
03 - Astral Projection: Let there be light
04 - Total Eclipse: A little bit of heaven
05 - Psychaos: Intellect
06 - Hallucinogen: Angelic particles
07 - The Infinity Project: Alien airport
08 - Einstein: Einstein's nitelife
09 - Voodoo People: People are strange
10 - Voodoof: Thru

Here is what the front CD cover looks like:

Here is what the back CD cover looks like:

The store that is selling this double CD set is in Denmark, and the
cost including shipping to the U.S. is close to $44. If you live
somewhere else, please let me know. Would you be interested in buying
this double CD set?

In the meantime, I have emailed the store to make sure that they
actually have the double CD set in stock. I will let you know once I
hear back from them.

Hello.

I've located the disc "Colours of Shiva Vol. 1." As indicated by
Sldreamer, Disc 2 of this set is the exact CD that you want. The
track listing of Disc 2 is:

1.Mars need women
2.Conflict
3.Let there be light
4.A little bit of heaven
5.Intellect
6.Angelic particles
7.Alien airport
8.Einstein's nitelife
9.People are strange
10.Thru

This CD is currently available from Amazon of Germany for Euros 16.99
(approximately US $18). It ships in 1-2 weeks:
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0000286UK/

Alternatively, the CD is currently available from a seller on
Amazon.de for Euros 9.34 (approximately US $10)
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/offering-page/index=fixed-price&field-offering-type=used&field-asin=B0000286UK&field-status=open&size=25&rank=+price

If you already have an account with the US or UK versions of Amazon, I
believe it's possible to log in to Amazon.de Germany with your same
account. If you don't have an account, it's easy to navigate the
Amazon.de site even if you can't read German.

Amazon.de has a guide for English speakers using the site:
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/505532/ref=ed_ec_hp__7_1/
Specifically, the "How to Place an Order" pages are quite helpful:
Start Ordering:
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/527540/ref=br_bx_1_c_2_0/
Payment information
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/527544/ref=br_bx_1_c_1_0/
Shipping Non-gift orders
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/505542/ref=br_bx_1_c_2_0/

Also, keep in mind that the web pages of the German and English
Amazon sites are quite similar, so if you ever get stuck, just open up
a new window with the English version of Amazon.

For example, notice that the sign-in pages are quite similar for the
English and German versions:
English
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/flex-sign-in/?opt=a&page=help/ya-sign-in-secure.html&response=account-name-change&method=GET&return-url=account-name-change
German
http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/flex-sign-in/?opt=a&page=help/ya-sign-in-secure.html&response=account-name-change&method=GET&return-url=account-name-change

Also, you can type German words and phrases that you don't understand
into translation sites such as Babelfish (and select German-to-English
from the menu):
http://babelfish.altavista.com

search strategy:
"mars needs women", "angelic particles"
amazon.de, colours, shiva

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, please use the "request
clarication" feature. Thanks.

Hi andyland,

I just called the store in Denmark, and they no longer have "The
Colours Of Shiva: The Psychedelic Tip-Trip Part 1" double CD in stock.
Perhaps another Researcher will be able to find the CD for you.

Regards,
sldreamer
