I want to know how to send an e-mail message on Outlook to a group of my clients without showing all of their names to each other. | |

Simple no-frills method: Address them as "BCC:" If your e-mail program requires a "TO:", send it to yourself. |

BCC stands for "blind carbon copy". Be careful not to use the regular CC field. |

If you have the clients' list as a single group (eg. "clients") put the group in the BCC field, and put your own email address in the To: line. Otherwise put your first client in the To: line, and the others individually in the BCC line. |
