“Tulsa” is a photographic essay about speed freaks in an oil bust
town. Larry Clark edited and published the essay, after his release
from prison. Many have cited Clark’s “Tulsa” as an inspiration for
their own work, including Martin Scorsese and Francis Ford Coppola.
