First off, try the online phone directories, they are free. The best
two for your purpose are:

Whitepages.com

Switchboard.com
http://www.switchboard.com/

Because you are not sure of the exact location, just search for their
name, and select the state of California.

Then look through the results for any town or zipcode which is near to
Morgan Hills or Fontana. A tool that is very useful is:

Zipfind Central

Use the search box at the top right of the page, and enter the zipcode
(Morgan Hill - 95037, Fontana - 92334 ) and number of miles to find
all the neighbouring towns.

If for some reason you can't find the phone numbers using the above

To find Roselyn, name and state will suffice. David's name is more

If you don't have any luck finding those names in the phone
directories, then post your search message on the website
www.peoplesearch.com (click on the ENTER WEBSITE link, then scroll to
the far right hand side of the page to click on the FREE MISSING
PERSON INDEX link, then post your search message), and you can post
your search message by each name.  It would also help if you knew
their estimated age or date of birth or a middle name or initial for
David Nielsen, since there are many David Nielsen's in California.
