Software I am trying to load requires a file "itializeex.dll" and
cannot find it on my computer,the software CD ROM or the win98 CD ROM.
Please give a website that has this file for me to download so I can
get the software running.

Is that the exact spelling, or is it "initialize.dll"

yes, itializeex.dll is the correct spelling
It sounds like some sort of driver maybe?
I only found one reference to it on the web, but nothing to download...

The software is Quickcam express by Logitech.

try to find in the quickcam express folder the file initializeex.dll
or initialize.dll and do a copy of it with the name itializeex.dll and
see if it works.
Also try to uninstall the soft and reinstall it.
