I have this issue of Time magazine (Australian edition) from April 24, 2000. The cover story was about testosterone, and specifically the prescription drug Androgel, which raises the level of testosterone. I wanted get some of this stuff, but my doctor says my blood test shows its not low enough to justify it. Well, thats what he thinks. Anyway, Androgel is out. So what are other ways that I can raise my testosterone level? Yes, I know weight training causes a spike in levels, but what else is there? Im talking things like: Androgel alternatives, activities, foods, anything that I can do or buy to raise it. And hey, lets keep it legal. |
