In what language you want the service to be provided? In Chinese it
should be possible to get about 15 (not a top 15), in English there
might be a problem.

I am not intrerested in local product/servcie call centers but only in
companies that provide call center/BPO outsourcing services to global
companies.  I am looking for top companies and not small local
operators.

English is my first preference; if not possible, other languages are
Ok but would like to know the language in which the outsourcing
servcie is provided.
