Dear madcoweater-ga;
(I got a kick out of your username, by the way)
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question.
It is difficult to know the temperature of the international opinion
poll waters from day to day and it is virtually impossible to survey
the entire world and get an accurate picture of any societys opinion
of the US right now. As you can imagine, these things take time.
Questions concerning US policy and/or actions have to be carefully
formulated but cannot be distributed until the situations themselves
are fully understood. That is to say that the survey itself must be
studied and be capable of producing viable results before it can be
expected to successfully achieve a measurable goal.
One of the most prestigious international opinion pollsters is PEW
RESEARCH CENTER. They conducted a survey in late 2002 that was
released in 2003. Here you can see the results of their 2002 poll:

In like manner, PEW conducts ongoing research in an effort to compile
useful data. In its earliest form, this publication mentions what
little information has been compiled to date, making it the most
current data available. Most of it has been gathered of late and dates
to early 2003 or later. There are a number of interesting articles
included here. You can access them all by using the tabs across the
top of the page:

This page lists about 100 other opinion polls from such notable
organizations as GALLUP, USA TODAY, LOS ANGELES TIMES, WASHINGTON
POST, NEWSWEEK and many others.

I hope you find that that my research exceeds your expectations. If
you have any questions about my research please post a clarification
request prior to rating the answer. I welcome your rating and your
final comments and I look forward to working with you again in the
near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.
Best regards;
