There are hundreds of governement officials (federal, state, local)
and tens of thousands more world wide. Which specifically are you
interested in? I will gladly get them for you if possible.

Try http://firstgov.gov/ .  This website has links to govt agencies,
which then often include e-mail addresses, for instance for senators,
etc.  It's not a centralized list that could be used for automated
e-mailing, but if you need an address for a specific individual or
don't mind copying to your own list it might work.

Actually, I was wrong, this does include e-mail directories - on the
toolbar on the left side, there is a link to follow to a collection of
e-mail directories.
