I live in Spain . I am renovating a few flats to rent them out to
tourists. I will have the beds made (with storage drawers underneath
). I will have the beds made to the sizes of mattresses I can buy in
Spain. I will advertise the dimensions of the beds on my web site.
Since most of my clients will come from the UKM and the US,  I would
like to have sizes , (Kings and queens) which they can identify with. 
'Oh yeh and its got a king size bed..."
