Howdy christian777!

I am posting this as a comment as I could find only one company
that might fill your needs. I think your best bet would be going
through a patent broker, such as BuyPatents.com.
http://www.buypatents.com/

They have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
http://www.buypatents.com/faqs.asp

Q. Is there a listing fee?
A. No.

Q. Is there a sales commission?
A. Yes. Our listing agreement specifies a sales commission
that is paid by the seller.

Q. Why should I list my patents with BPC?
A. Because BPC is an Internet based full service patent brokerage
with the professional experience to negotiate a win/win agreement
for the sale of your patents.

Search Strategy:

Searched on Google with the keywords: "patent brokers"

EBay has a business section. I don't know if they allow the sales of
patents there, but you could check.

If the patent is worth something, selling it at auction will produce
some fast money. Maybe not its full value with careful marketing...
