I am looking to breakout the $5.5B anti-corrosive coatings market by
industry in descending order based on high to low product margins with
the goal of being able to identify top-quartile margin products.

The anti-corrosive industry is populated by large scale raw material
manufacturers who formulate and distribute large quantities of raw
anti-corrosive materials. These materials are then purchased by small
applicator vendors who mix them with other materials (such as bonders,
pigments and colorings) to create the desired properties for the
coated item. For example, pipe is coated with a different application
formula than a ships hull even though the anti-corrosive ingredient
itself may be the same. I am looking for breakouts about both the
industries that require higher-end coatings and also the raw
materials.

Just to give you an idea of the diffculty in finding free information
on your topic, and just to show that someone has tried answering your
question, let me post a link to report about the Corrosion Inhibitor
industry that has all you need, but costs a whopping $3700 at least
(yikes!).
