Question ID: 194896
I have been trying to find replacement wheel bearings and/or the hub
and wheel bearing kit for my boat trailer and have been unsuccesful,
as there are various sizes. The trailer appears to made by: J.O. Tex
and is called a Trailmaster. It holds a 19' Godrey Hurricane deck
boat. The axle spindle appears to be tapered. Unfortunately, the
bearings were demolished on the way to the storage shed last fall so I
cannot deteremine the bearing company names from the bearings. If
someone can locate this trailer company I could start with them.
HELP??? If not, what else can I do to find the replacements???

Hello krahmer,

Thank you for your question.

Actually, the company is J. "Q" Tex. Here is their information:

TRAILMASTER TRAILERS
J.Q. Tex dba Trailmaster/Vangaurd
1033 E 5th Street
Mishawaka IN 46544
219-259-0329
FAX 219-258-1132
www.rinkerboatco.com/trailmaster/lndex.htm

Unfortunately, their web page is down and their area code has changed
to 574. This was enough for me to call to be sure that they answered
their phone!

They answered. AND, they can supply your wheel bearings.
