This is just a response to the answered question..id number 194924. 
The answer you gave was a good one all right, however it happens all
the time on sites that I am in..not just in Outlook express.  so the
iHateSpam cannot possibly be the reason for it doing that when I am
not there and that program is closed.thanks anyway.

Dear judyann, 

You don't have to open a new question (and pay $2.5 for it) to respond
to an old question you've asked or to ask for clarifications on the
Researcher's answer. All you have to do, is click on the original
answered question, and you should see, above the answer, an
opportunity for you to "ask for clarifications", and beneath the
answer (if this is more of a comment than a clarification request),
you could add a comment. However, if you feel that you are diverging
from the original scope of the question, you should ask a new
question.

I would also try to inform my fellow Researcher on your problem. 

If you don't want this question answer by mistake, you may want to
cancel it by clicking on the "close question" button.

What does the sentence  "if you don't want the question answer by
mistake,  etc. etc." mean?

He made a grammar error. He really ment:
"If you don't want this question answered by mistake, then
cancel it by clicking on the "close question" button.
