I'm looking for the SEC filing that shows how much stock and bonuses
managers have recieved in Royal Dutch shares

Hello Infomole,

Interesting question, especially these days.

The information you are looking for can be found at the SEC website by
searching their EDGAR database (the database of all SEC company
filings) for Royal Dutch.  The resulting list of many reports from the
company can be found here:

The most recent 20-F filing (Annual and transition report of foreign
private issuers) is the third one down on the list and is dated March
31, 2003, so it is very recent indeed.  Clicking on this report will
take you to the text of the annual report itself:

Information about directors, managers, stock options, bonus plans,
incentives and all the rest is very inconveniently strewn throughout
the report, so you'll have to do some serious scrolling to extract the
bits and pieces that are of the greatest interest to you.

However, let me direct your attention to page S13, which is probably
the best starting point, as it contains a summary table of the
"Renumerations" of the senior Managers and Directors of the company. 
The info for Shell's Chairman, Sir Phillip Watts for 2002 (in Pounds
Sterling), for instance, looks like this:

                         
Salaries and fees..........................745,969 
Car benefit.................................21,922 

Performance-related element................874,000  
Deferred bonus plan adjustment.............152,069
Realised share option gains..................8,238

TOTAL....................................1,802,198

The table includes the same details for other managers (and for other
years) as well.

As I'm sure you're aware, Royal Dutch Shell is one of the largest, and
certainly one of the most convoluted, companies in the world.  They
operate subsidiaries within subsidiaries, and combined ventures
galore.

One result of their widespread operations, is that they file a ton of
reporting material with the SEC, both under the "Royal Dutch" moniker,
and under other corporate names as well.

The 20-F filing that I've directed you to is the best, most
comprehensive, and most recent starting point for gleaning the type of
information you're seeking.

If you're interested in some more detailed investigations from other
