Hello Jeanyves,

You might want to consider posting this as three separate questions --
one for each country of interest.  That way a researcher with
familiarity with just, say, the UK, could answer the appropriate
question, and you'll then have at least some of the informatin you're
looking for.  At least, separate France from the US/UK, so that the
language difference doesn't become a barrier to having your question
answered.
