Is it possible to create a BREW enabled application for one of the
Verizon telephones that after the first launch will be activated every
5 minutes regardless on what state the phone is currently in (the
phone is of course on). I need not just simple YES or NO – I need some
brief explanation how It can be achieved so experienced programmer
should be able to understand how the application should be developed.
