Hello Alan. Well this one was challenging as so many of the sites were
in French! which I don't speak. I used the trusty BabelFish translator
service to help me out: http://babelfish.altavista.com.

In English:

Rules of the Game:
http://www.pagat.com/jass/belote.html

A computer program that plays it:
http://www.pellencsoftware.com/32bridge.htm

I could not find a place to play it online in English. There was an
English site to play it on called FunStadium.com, but unfortunately it
is offline.

The following sites are in French.

Play Online:
http://www.jeubridge.com/
http://membres.lycos.fr/snipers/bol.htm
http://www.microapp.com/fiche_produit.cfm?ref_produit=2967
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/odanpatty/

There is also Bridge offered at the French Yahoo Games, but I could
not determine if it was Belote or not:
http://fr.play.yahoo.com/games/login?game=Bridge

Here is an MSN Group: http://fr.ca.msnusers.com/labelote

More results from Yahoo: http://fr.search.yahoo.com/search/fr?p=belote

And that is what I could find....Hope it helped! -shiva777
