In this world specialists use "labels" to diagnose people with a
disability... then this label follows them.. and we as normal citizens
call them retards... and other demeaning names because of what they
have been labeled

disabilities, such as "mentally challenged" instead of "retarded?"

There are areas of the world where "physically challenged" or
"mentally challenged" are interpreted as more derogatory than
"disabled".
