Syndicate. Its a company out of NY.

manufacturers and distributors of a wide range of industrial and
consumer products. I’ve seen places that mention that this is a New
York Based company, but they are actually located in Jersey, City, New
Jersey. The company’s name has been officially changed its to UIS,
Inc. but references to its former name are also still commonly found.

valentine candies that had printed sweetheart messages on them? Well,
