Yikes! I can't speak for any other Researchers, but $20 for
everything you want (even with the possibility of an unspecified tip)
is not even close to being enough for me to work on this question. I
can see at least 4 separate billable questions. If you don't get a
response, perhaps you should consider splitting this question into
segments.
By the way, what are you trying to accomplish with all this
information? Perhaps a different approach would be providing us with
your goal and letting us work from that angle.

I'd just like to inform you of an apparent stumbling block. I can find
market size information, but nothing on who are the top companies. The
rest of the information is quite hard to find too. It's most likely
that paid reports (that cost at least hundreds of $$!) will have what
you need in full. While I try to find alternatives, I'll be willing to
let other researchers have a crack at this.
