What is a typical compensation scheme for bank services independent
promoters, i.e. how much do they get for bringing checking and savings
accounts clients to banks, for bringing credit card cutomers, for
getting customers for loans; how much do they get for servicing a
bank's potfolio within a city where such bank has no branches? Answer
should relate to all different activities that are subject to
compensation in a typical case.

Pardon me, just making sure. Can I assume that you now changed the
focus of the question from bank services promoters to resellers, so we
won't need to look for promoters anymore?
