I don't think such a list is going to be possible. 

"There are 200 pharmaceutical companies and biopharmaceutical
companies in the state of New Jersey, employing more than 66,000

Most of these companies are going to have a microbiology lab and a
team of microbiologists. And most of these companies are not going to
publish their staff lists.

Your best bet may be to contact each company directly.
