The first citation is from Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf", vol. 1,
chapter 12, written in 1924, first published in 1925. The German
original version is:
"Die Größe jeder gewaltigen Organisation als Verkörperung einer Idee
auf dieser Welt liegt im religiösen Fanatismus, indem sie sich
unduldsam gegen alles andere, fanatisch überzeugt vom eigenen Recht,
durchsetzt."

The second citation also comes from Hitler's "Mein Kampf", vol. 1,
chapter 2. The German original version is:
"So glaube ich heute im Sinne des allmächtigen Schöpfers zu handeln:
Indem ich mich des Juden erwehre, kämpfe ich für das Werk des Herrn."
