Dear toddx,

To remove your telephone number from the Google Phonebook, simply use
the following link. You will be directed to a website; read the
information there with care and follow the instructions:
://www.google.com/help/pbremoval.html

Please note: Removing your phonebook listing will not remove your
personal information from other pages on the web or from other reverse
phone listing lookup services.
