What is Hong Kong flour and what is Optima flour? I have a website where people submit recipes, and someone from Singapore, I think, submitted a recipe that included in the ingredients Hong Kong flour, and also Optima flour. Can you please tell me what these types of flour are? |

Hi dianajo, Not much to go on, I know, but here is perhaps a clue. "Can I use superfine flour (Hong Kong flour) or high-protein flour?" http://www.myioi.com/happenings/lifestylenews.cfm?id=EBEFEA26-0F6C-4791-996589B38C2D4820 Regards, hummer |
