6 months ago, my doctor recommended a cholesterol check, my first
ever.

I clocked in at 6.8 and the doctor recommended a low fat diet and
plenty of exercise. 3 months later, it was down to 6.1 and, last week,
it was only 5.5.

Still some way to go before I get below 5.0.

Another 3 months perhaps?

However, I am now wondering if I can overdo it?

Is a level of Minus 200 really feasible?
