Virginia State Corporation Commission - Senior Investigator William
Ward, and Senior Counsel Debra Bollinger.  The main number is
804-371-9051.  There was a Hearing on 2/26/2002 regarding Christianson
and various fraudulent companies and subsidieiaries he had set up.  He
was found to be in violation of several codes under the Virginia
Securities Act.  He ignored the subpeona and did not appear but
instead took off for California where he has once again started his
cycle.  Please research this VERY carefully.  He is very smart and a
professional at what he does and how he does it.  Please let me know
if you need anymore information and once you contact the Virginia SCC.

I wanted to add one additional piece of information - I checked with
the US Patent and Trademark Office online and anything that
Christianson has marked "tm" is not true.  It appears that nothing has
been trademarked as he is portraying, just like before with Children's
Magical Cities (CMC)...

If you know of anyone else he or anyone affiliated with him has
contacted especially for sponsorships, "sweat equity", etc. PLEASE
alert them immediately.  On the West Coast he convinced very prominent
construction, design, legal, and consulting companies as well as
individuals to join his project and in the end people lost money, time
and reputations.
