It sounds familiar, but the audio quality is pretty muddy on my
system. I couldn't quite make out most of the lyrics. Do you have a
cleaner MP3?

I'd say the artist is from Croatia, since the ID tags contain the text
"RAULOV CD 5 pjesama" -- I think pjesama means songs in Croatian, and
search results for pjesama bring up many Croatian .hr sites

I can make out most of the lyrics:

Come just for a week
I come to love
Just for love
I'll ... before

When I gave my word
I'd call to you
For love
Too you(ng)
Looking for
Someone to love... to love

Come just for a day
I came to love
I was in love
And you were away
Flying to the stars
Without... (a wing?)
Looking for some love

I went between stars
I awoke in dreams
My home was far
I travelled some more
And my sun a river
And now I'm looking for... ?
And I'm looking forever

A search for Raulov +CD bring up these 2 results:

However, I don't think that's the artist in question. Judging by the
sound quality, the recording may be independent, which would make it
very difficult to identify...

I think I've got it... The artist is, Some Drunk Guy At The Karaoke
Bar, and the title is Blah Gleh Gluh Bwee. Great song!
