I would like merger and acquisition information about public or
private accounting firms. The deal information must be verifiable, so
the source must be cited. The deals must fall within the date range
of January 1, 1998 through March 30, 2000. Ideal scenario: The data
should be presented on a deal by deal basis with the following data
elements: 1.buyer, 2. seller, 3.deal date, 4. deal type (stock or
asset), 5. deal terms (cash, note, stock, etc), 6. deal price, 7. last
twelve months (LTM) revenue, 8. LTM EBIT, 9. LTM EBITDA, 10. LTM cash
flow, 11. deal value to revenue multiple, 12. deal value to EBITDA
multiple, 13. deal value to EBIT multiple, 14. deal value to cash flow
multiple, 15. book value of equity. I know my wish list is aggressive
and I am willing to make sacrifices but I absolutely must be able to
verify the data, it must fall in the date range and we must be able to
derive meaningful valuation multiples from that made available. In
other words a deal meeting the essential criteria with only revenue
and EBITDA multiples to the exclusion of EBIT and cash flow multiples
is acceptable. I hope to see about 15 deals. Preferably deals would
be in the mid-Atlantic marketplace, but I am flexible as a last
resort. Time is of the essence on this. To show my appreciation, a
job well done by 8pm eastern time on May 1, 2003 gets a $25.00 tip.
Thanks to the party willing to contribute to this project.

On the left hand side under M&A Database.

Let me know if this will do it for you.

I already subscribe to similar databases. My question was asking for
actual data from parties, most likely outside of the database-for-sale
arena. I was thinking this might be an easy question for business
brokers specializing in selling/acquiring accounting practices,
willing to disclose details. Again I was requesting verifiable, raw
data (in pretty great detail)not the mention of a possible resouce. I
certainly appreciate your taking the time to consider my question but
your answer does not satisfy my question. Again, my thanks.
