Greetings, lonedogg!

Up until recently, I had a Bank of America account with online access,
so I know how to do this.

There are two ways you can pay your phone bill online: through BOA, or
through your phone company. There are usually also two methods for
each of those: Pay on Demand (you go online and generate a payment
when you are ready to do so) or Auto-Pay (once enrolled, a payment is
automatically generated on the same day each month without further
input from you).

I paid my phone bill through my phone company, because it seems to me
that BOA was charging a fee for that service. However, right now their
site says that the service is free. In the upper left-hand corner of
the screen, under "Online Banking with Bill Pay", click "Learn More":

"Bill Pay is free to new enrollees. Charges for overdrafts and other
account-related services still apply. Internet Service Provider fees
may also apply. Online Banking with Quicken is available to residents
of Oregon. Residents of Washington, Idaho and Oregon currently cannot
receive e-bills through Online Banking."

Under "Sign In to Online Banking" on the lower left-hand side of the
screen, click the hyperlink for:
"Getting Started?
Create Your Passcode"
You may be prompted to select your State to continue (you will have to
allow BOA to set a Cookie on your computer).

In the upper left-hand corner of the screen, under "Online Banking

You may be prompted to select your State to continue (you will have to
allow BOA to set a Cookie on your computer).

If you have any problems with the online setup process and/or Bill Pay
Enrollment, you can call BOA's Customer Service Center call
800.933.6262.
