I am looking for any information available concerning a company known
as Sion Holding Company. Allegedly their main office is located at
"Ugland House", South Church Street, Georgetown, Grand Cayman Islands. |

Is there anything else you can tell us about this firm?
It would be helpful to know, for instance, how you came across their
name and address.
Also, are you sure the name is "Sion"?

Hello JRW.
Based on this document:
http://www.bermanesq.com/pdf/XceleraAmdCplt.pdf
which states:
Agreement, by and between Xcelera.com, Inc. a publicly traded (AMEX)
Cayman Islands corporation having and addres of PO Box 309 Ugland
House, South Church Street, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands...etc"
I believe that the holding company you are looking for may be Xcelera
whose website is at:http://xcelera.com/ unless there are two holding
companies at "Ugland House".
If this is correct let me know and I will find further information on
Xcelera for you.
thanks,
-shiva777

The first researcher (pafalafa-ga ) asked for more information about
SION. Allegedly they are a company that provides or arranges for
financing or funding of companies. They arrange for loans in the
million to ten million dollar range. One of their directors is
identified as Giorgio D'Ilori. Their attorney in the Cayman Islands is
Andrew Moon with the firm of Maples & Calder who happens to have the
same address.
One of your other researchers (shiva777-ga ) mentioned another holding
company located at the same address. As far as I know that address also
has a lawfirm present. Perhaps it is an office building or perhaps it
is one big fraud (my bet). It would be worthwhile to find out if the
other company you found has the same lawyers and director (see above.)

Hi again, and thanks for the extra information. It helped...just a
little.
Andrew Moon is a real person, and he is indeed, a lawyer with the firm
of Maples & Calder in the Cayman Islands. Ugland is the name of a
wealthy, well-known family in the islands, and Ugland House does
appear to be a genuine address shared by a number of offices.
As for SION and D'Ilori...absolutely nada. No surprise, perhaps,
since a lot of companies set up shop in the Caymans for the exact
reason of maintaining a very low (read "invisible") profile.
