Hey jadiddy,

In order for your question to be answered, we're going to need a
better understanding of what you need --

What kind of statistics?
What kind of spices?
What part of the world?
And what do you mean by, "Spice program"?

Thanks - K~

hi,

sorry for the confusion. i hope this helps...

our team is working on a new product development project. our goal is
to provide the US consumer (later on worldwide) with a better spice
storage and dispensing product.

We are interested in learning about the following

Statistics: What percentage of people are now growing their own vs.
what percentage are still purchasing

Spices: What are the most popular spices being grown at home vs.
purchased (ie garlic, basil, etc)

Area of focus: our concentration right now is on the United states
but, we will be developing a global program eventually. if you could
provide information for latin america, asia, and europe also that
would be wonderful
