I would like to know the contact information (phone, address, and/or
e-mail) for the person or office that works for the US government that
is responsible for purchasing small non-ferrous (that is, brass or
aluminum) castings, either raw or finished.  Preference for products
used in electrical applications, and grounding in particular.

Government purchasers usually work for a single agency of the US
government (Department of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency,
Forest Service, Veterans Administration, etc).

In other words, there isn't a single purchaser of non-ferrous castings
for the entire government.  Is there a particular agency you are
interested in?

Let's start with Department of Defense, but if you can sort them by
annual usage, then how about the top three departments ranked by
annual volume of castings purchased?
