Dear Jasoarmour,

I found a film where the line is being used - but it does not feature
the commercial - is that enough as an answer? (hint: a very famous
film).

I'm looking for the one that actually shows the commercial, with Mrs.
Fletcher laying on the floor. I seem to remember the character
flipping channels, and then a shot of the television showing the
commercial. Kind of like on Wayne's World where Rob Lowe was watching
the Chia Pet and The Clapper commercials.

I seem to remember this line being used in an Adam Sandler movie, but
I can't for the life of me remember which one.

Trivia: in the original commercial, the character who fell but
couldn't get up was named Mrs. Fletcher.

"The Art of War" features the same line in it's dialogue:

Other interesting info from http://www.tvacres.com/catch_i.htm:
"... when Jay Leno, late night host of NBC's THE TONIGHT SHOW had a
motorcycle accident on 9/14/91, (compound fracture of the left leg) he
returned to the show three days later supported by a pair of crutches.
He got his biggest laugh by saying "I've fallen and I can't get up!" "

I believe this was a commercial for a company called either "LifeLine"
or "QuickResponse."

It was one of those gadgets you wear around your neck in case of an
emergency. You push the button and the company contacts the
police/EMT.

The line "I've fallen and I can't get up" is used in "Star Wars
Episode II." It is uttered by C-3P0.
