Who killed Bill Wiggins, in Pierce Idaho, around 1977?

Clarification of Question by sandshoe-ga on 05 May 2003 10:43 PDT
in or around 1976, a young man moved to Pierce Idaho, apparently
without connections. He was in his twentys, I think, and worked in the
woods as a logger. I never knew him, but my girlfriend told me he was
found with his throat slit in his bed. Her father thought perhaps Bill
Wiggins was haveing and affair with another loggers wife. Others
thought his past caught up with him. I never found out who he was, and
if they caught the person who killed him. All these years later and I
would still like to know, or see the information out of the newspaper.
It would have been in the Clearwater Tribune from Orofino Idaho. The
murder happened in Pierce Idaho.
