I've been searching for 3 days under the following categories,
(georgette,polynesian,caribbean, flamenco, western, dancewear) unable
to recreate what I've seen-- a ladies top with a 3 tiered ruffle at
the shoulder seam. What I saw was a knit top or a tee with this
embellishment and am unable to find through various word searches"
