Hello baronm1,

This is what I want you to do:

1. Click on Start and then click on Control Panel.
2. Click on Add/Remove Programs.
3. Find any and all products by Real - including RealOne and
RealPlayer and uninstall these products.
4. Restart your computer.
5. Problem should be solved.

If you need to reinstall RealPlayer, download the latest version of
RealPlayer from www.real.com and the problem might not return.

I hope this was the answer you were looking for. If you need any
clarifications, please let me know and I will do my best to further
assist you.

Search Strategy:

After a few searches, it became clear that this error was being caused
by Real software. One of these searches was "notification wnd for
rnadmin" on Google. It seemed that uninstalling RealPlayer or RealOne
always solved the problem.
