I read a book on resumes and searching for work that I though was
called "Whose hiring who".... but that may be wrong. The author
talked about writing a Qualifications Resumes or Q Resume or Q-Resume.
The point of the book was that job seekers should write their resumes
in terms of qualifications, not just listing the jobs they worked and
specific work they did.

Can you tell me what this book was? As I said, I thought it was "whose
hiring who" or "who is hiring who" but I can't find that title. I do
know the Q Resume part is correct.

Dear search7007
I have found a book with a very similar title but it seems to refer to
a "qualifications brief" or "Q-brief" rather than a "Qualifications
resume" - might this be the book you are looking for?
Kind regards

Thanks very much for confirming that point.
I think the book you are loking for is:

Who's Hiring Who: How to Find That Job Fast
by Richard Lathrop

Full details are on the Amazon.com site:

http://snurl.com/hiring

I found the book by looking up “who’s hiring who” at Amazon.com and
reading through the customer reviews:

Hope this is helpful, and best of luck!

Thanks very much for the rating, & sorry, my answer should of course
read "looking for".

There's some information on Ten Speed Press, the publisher of Who's
Hiring Who, at
