I think I can help you, but I need to clarify a couple of things. I
have found several companies that sell and/or install dust-free equine
footing material.

None of these companies are located in Texas, but based on their
client lists I can see they do install in Texas or at least
nation-wide. (For example, one has installations in CO, IN and NY.) 
Is that what you are looking for?

Also, I can't get you price estimates. There are just too many
variables. You'd have to deal with the companies yourself.

Would you like me to post an answer with the information I have found?
