NB: The MSDN question refers to MSDN Professional, Enterprise or
Universal and relates to subscriber/license counts.

Hello Apples13,

I was able to locate information in regard to your fifth question. I
can give you the MSDN Magazine circulation number and a link to a MSDN
magazine readership snapshot.

You might want repost this question split up into five separate
questions (each priced according to their value to you).  That way, up
to five Researchers can work simultaneously, and not have to worry
about locating the information for all five questions in order to post
a complete answer.
