I am looking for a transcript of the legal case in UK known as
attorney-general v De Winton, with reference to a judgement by Mr.
Justice Farwell, on the role and status of a Borough Treasurer. It is
also referred to as the "Tenby" case. It was in 1906 and relates to
the United Kingdom.

Locating this case could take some time. Also, it may be a breach of
copyright to publish the full transcript as an answer. A researcher
would have to locate the case, provide it in an uploadable format, and
check with The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting if this OK. This
could well take some time, and I suggest you look at

Alternatively, a researcher could publish the proper case citation,
and the details of where you would be able to obtain the full
transcript. This will likely involve going to your local University's
law library and asking them for assistance.
